SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

What is your processing time?

Normal processing times: all orders of listed products are made to order and will be shipped within 5 business days (but we try to get them out as quickly as possible!). Custom orders will be shipped within the agreed upon timeline.

These dreamers look a little delicate, how are they packaged for shipment? 

We carefully wrap and secure each dream catcher and fiber hanging in tissue and bubble wrap and use high quality boxes for shipment. We have had fantastic success with our packaging methods, but if you receive a damaged product please contact us so that we can make it right! 

What shipping methods are available?

Our standard shipping is USPS First Class. This means that for most domestic orders, you will receive your item within 3 business days (from shipment date). Upgraded shipping is available including USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express, and FedEx Express (best for guaranteed rush shipment). 

If you would like to purchase the FedEx upgrade option, please contact us and we will set up a custom listing for you. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide! Standard shipping for international orders is USPS First Class International (with insurance included). Processing time is the same for international orders, but shipment times vary widely. In our experience, most international orders are delivered within 2 - 3 weeks from date of shipment, but can take up to a month.

Please make sure to watch for notices from your local post office and please note that all customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We do accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us first and make sure that the product is sent back within 30 days of delivery. The item must be received back at our studio in perfect condition (we can help with how to best package the product so that it ships safely!).  Once we receive the product back, we will refund you cost of the product to your original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make it right!

GIFTS AND CUSTOM ORDERS

Can I place a custom order?

Yes! We love custom orders! Most products can be color and size customized, so please ask if you love our items but don't see quite what you're looking for.

We can also work with you to create completely unique dreamers and wall hangings if you have something that you've been dreaming of and want us to help you bring it to life. 

Do you gift wrap?

We don't have a separate gift wrap option, but each item is packaged like a present with twine and washi tape, and finished with a post card (example below). We can include a gift receipt/packing slip and gift message written on the post card - just let us know at checkout!
